Customer Match List
We automatically create Customer lists using the data collected from customers via our conversion tags and API. This data was collected and is being shared with Google in compliance with Google's Customer Match policies.  

In particular, we confirm that our privacy policy discloses that we share customer data with third parties to perform services on our behalf, and that we obtain consent for such sharing where required by law or any applicable Google policies governing personalized ads and/or user consent, including Google’s EU user consent policy.  

The data files we upload will only be used to match our customers to Google accounts and to ensure our Customer Match campaigns comply with Google’s policies. Learn more. 

To comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we’ve included the Google Ads Data Processing Terms that apply to Customer Match in the Google Ads terms of service. Under these terms, Google acts as a "processor" of the personal data we may share with Google for Customer Match. 

In our Account settings, we confirm that the contact information for us (the primary contact) and our data protection officer and/or EU representative (if applicable) are up-to-date. Any notices under the Google Ads Data Processing Terms will be sent to the primary contact.
